Queensboro Dance Festival Finale

 

It's been a great Summer touring with Queensboro Dance Festival. Please join us next Saturday August 15th at 7PM for the debut of Mr Blanken's Brahms Piano Quartet at the Queens Theatre. Tickets are at a sliding scale with there is a pre-show discussion and cast party to follow.

Works in Progress: Conversation with the Artists

 Save the Date, October 17th for this intimate peek behing the creative process and the debut of a new ballet to a score by resident composer Nick Virzi.

Featuring Opera singer Isabel Springer, Mr Blanken is creating a new Ballet inspired by the Myth of the destructive Queen of Death Valley.

Meet Debora!

We are excited to welcome to the group Debora Greer. Debora (Brazil) started her professional career in 2016 at Manassas Ballet Theatre. During her time in Virginia, Debora also performed original works from Meredith Barnes at Dance Art Theatre, coordinated the Manassas Youth Ballet Group, taught for Manassas Ballet Academy and Rusell School of Ballet.

In 2023 she joined Georgia Dance Theatre.  Debora was a dance educator for Georgia Academy of Dance and a costume coordinator for the academy and professional company.
